Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program is a specialized residential service to meet the unique needs of
individuals whose lives have been dramatically
restructured as a result of severe injury to the brain.
Within a residential setting that includes full time staff
support, individuals are assisted in relearning the skills
necessary for independent adult living. Individual program
plans set personalized goals for skill reacquisition,
improved interpersonal relationships, community activity
and personal growth.
Assistance is provided in accessing community services
to address ongoing rehabilitation needs such as physical therapy, psychological counseling, AA or NA group
participation and medical services. Transportation
assistance is provided as needed for services.
